Digimon Dictionary

The guardian of time that controls time within the computer. It manages the "Time" and "Space" within every single Network that every single computer connects to, and it is able to freely control and travel through time, so long as it's a period between 1900 and 1999. Because the abilities it possesses bear a terrible amount of power and are very dangerous, it doesn't participate in the war between Vaccine and Virus attributes and has elected to maintain a neutral viewpoint. Therefore, it is said that if it breaks this balance, the Digital World will collapse. Its special attack is "Chrono Breaker", wherein it destroys the "Time" that flows around the enemy's body. Those Digimon that have their "Time" stopped by this attack will find it impossible to recover. (Wildermon)

Digimon Pendulum Version 5

An alarm clock-shaped Machine Digimon.
It has the ability to control space and time, and this ability seems like it could cause the Digital World to collapse!!
Because it possesses such a dangerous power, it never participates in battles. (KrytenKoro)

Digimon Championship

A Machine Digimon that regulates the time and space of the network. It has the ability to stop time and is much more dangerous than it looks. (This profile is from North American release of Digimon Championship) (Garmmon)

Digimon V-Tamer Residence

A Digimon that manages time and space within the computer, it takes on the form of an alarm clock. It was able to freely control and travel through time from 1900 to 1999, but since its abilities threatened to break the balance of the Digital World, it elected to constantly maintain a neutral viewpoint in order to prevent the threat of collapse, so it's rare to see it participate in battle. It's extremely difficult to find Clockmon itself. It was worried that it might malfunction after the year 2000 began, but it seems to have gotten over that dilemma. (Wildermon)
